If you ever have a chance to visit or work in Mexico City as an Apple Certified Pro Trainer you are in for a real delicious treat if that place is Simplemente. I had such a chance — to train the editors from the worldwide broadcast network TELEVISA at Simplemente.
What Monica & Rune have created in Mexico City for the advancement & support of the editing & cinematic community of Latin America is very impressive indeed! Located in a Spanish Colonial building juxtapositioned by a host of editing bays made of Apple computers & monitors & a host of Panasonic cameras like Varicams, HVX200, SONY HD Cameras etc. is quite a sight.
